- Give us your contact information, including telephone number, address and email.
- Create a password.
- Pay using our secure credit card processing service.
- Once you've paid, we'll generate your username.
- Download the backup agent software to your computer.
- Run the software agent install.
- The final 3 steps are to configure your software for the actual backups.
a. Enter your username and password for authentication.
i. This is under Options (Specify credentials for authentication).
b. Select files to backup.
i. Place a check mark by the files, listed on the left of the main agent screen that you wish to backup.
c. Set up the backup schedule.
i. Select schedules
ii. Run the Schedule backup wizard.
